New Week

Today is the start of a new week. I've done okay on my diet thus far but in order to see real results, I am going to kick it up a notch or two.

One of the things I do not understand is why losing weight is so difficult. I mean, gaining weight is one of the easiest things to do; it slowly creeps upon you without you knowing and then WHAM! you've put on an exI atra 50 pounds. 

So I am bent on continuing to struggle with my weight issue and I will be able to get it under control. Today is a new day and a new week. It is also the first Monday in a new month!
