Boilermakers vs. Crimson Tide

This weekend, last night actually, I had the rare chance of watching the Purdue Boilermakers play the Alabama Crimson Tide. I figured out I have not seen Purdue play in person for 16 years now...

One of my earliest memories is going to the Purdue basketball (and football) games and falling asleep on top of my parents' coats.

With that said, I have an amazing boyfriend who went and bought him and I tickets to go to the game (one of my birthday presents). It was absolutely amazing, at one point in the game I was shaking and could not stop. This morning, I woke up with sore hands (from cheering) and a really bad sore throat (from encouraging the Boilers to "Boiler Up", "Defense", among many).

I do have a respect for Alabama basketball (especially since they were up by 16 points at one point) and will continue to cheer for them (when they are not playing Purdue or any other Big 10 team).

At the end of the game, Purdue acted like the number 5 team they are and came back and remain undefeated.
